Lochs and Glens Tour - 214 miles

A
relatively leisurely four day, 214 mile ride through the spectacular Scottish
Highlands, following the famous Lochs and Glens Cycle Route, National Cycle
Network route 7, between Glasgow and Inverness. This event was held for the
first time over the August Bank Holiday in 2010.
Day 1 Starting from Central Glasgow to Aberfoyle to the camp site at Dounans. 39
miles.
Day 2 Aberfoyle to Aberfeldy to the camp site at Dull. 62 miles.
Day 3 Aberfeldy to the camp site at Newtonmore. 54 miles.
Day 4 Newtonmore to the camp site at Inverness with social evening and party. 59
miles.
The following morning, participants return to Glasgow by
train. Bikes and luggage are transported back to Glasgow by van and
trailer.
